Our Company was incorporated as ―Diggi Securities Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on December 1, 2010, bearing Corporate Identity Number U65900MH2010PTC210471, issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from ―Diggi Securities Private Limited to ―Diggi Multitrade Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated June 5, 2014. Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to the public limited company dated June 18, 2014, issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai with the Corporate Identity Number U65900MH2010PLC210471.
